Digital vision boards are great, but I always make a physical one. There’s something powerful about creating with your hands and keeping your goals front and center at home!
It’s vision board season, and I can’t recommend creating a physical board enough. Here’s why:
- It feels like a creative art project, helping you focus and stay present.
- You’ll feel a sense of accomplishment with a tangible reminder of your effort.
- Displaying your board at home keeps your goals front and center.
- The process of cutting and pasting images helps you reflect deeply and form a stronger emotional connection to your goals.
Let me share a personal story. Before I ever lived in Texas, I cut out a photo of a charming red brick house and pasted it to my vision board. That very year, through a series of unexpected events, I ended up living in a beautiful red brick house in New Braunfels, which I now call home.
